In answer to your email,
Queensberry Rules the standard rules of boxing, originally drawn up in 1867 to govern the sport in Britain, named after John Sholto Douglas (1844–1900), 8th Marquess of Queensberry, who supervised the preparation of the rules; in figurative use, standard rules of polite or acceptable behaviour.
“It’s not Queensbury,” suggests that somebody is not playing fair, or acting in a dishonest fashion. Of course, nobody talks like that anymore, not even me.
